It is truly inspiring to encounter the shared spiritual teaching of Sundance and Katie, because the spontaneous symmetry of their expression belies the notion of two separate beings. However, this two CD recording offers more than inspiration. The listener is continually invited to directly realize the truth of who they are here and now. The session opens with a guided meditation that focuses the Presence of Consciousness to Itself. Speaking from within a palpable stillness, Sundance and Katie solicit the listener's inquiry into the truth or falsehood that we perceive from our conceptions of "my time," "my body," "my mind," "my story," "my problems," "my negative emotions" and finally, "me." In the last segment of this public meeting, a member of the audience vulnerably shares a problem, only to humorously realize that there is no problem NOW. By giving our full attention to present awareness, we realize the sense of Being that is ever free and allowing. This freedom expresses itself as the love, peace and joy of simply being alive, awake and aware.

While the "True You" is ever present as the only reality, this reality is most often obscured by the sense of self that we take from our experience with the reflected images of past thought. In this recording of aware presence, Sundance and Katie suggest that we place all of our feeling and attention upon the consciousness that perceives the mind, body and world. In the energetic current of our present attention to the unknowable perceiver, "True You" is directly realized as the sense of Being that is beyond all doubt.
