"It is normal to want to be loved by another. Everyone has those feelings. But the idea that someone can fulfill you is an illusion and a very painful illusion perpetuated by society through songs, movies, advertisements etc.
If you simply allowed yourself to feel whatever pain or whatever sensation is there without placing any story on top of it, without giving it a definition or description, judgment or justification. If you simply allowed whatever thoughts were there to be without making them important, there still might be the pain as a sensation, but in the allowing, there would also be immense peace and immense love.
And you would see that love is what you are. And that the pain is not a bad pain. And that the wanting to be loved is simply an idea that you identified with. It's very action is a suffering.
There is no one there to be loved except the idea of wanting to be loved. It is not to deny it but simply to experience it.
If you simply allow yourself to experience what is here, no matter what is here, there is peace, there is the divine flow, there is no one to want anything.
Everything simply is. You simply are. And that is love itself. And the joy is in loving as love, not looking for love."
